This is a chance for a level 2 qualified maintenance plumber with mechanical plant room building services maintenance experienceto join an in house estates team on a permanent basis. You will be joining the In House Estates team and be based at one of the central Campus locations in this Static Mechanical Maintenance and Plumbing role. The hours for this role are 8-4 Monday - Friday. You will be responsible for undertaking Hard Services planned preventative and reactive maintenance across all College buildings, ensuring adherence to operational, regulatory and College compliance requirements.
The role is critical to maintaining College functions and is part of a specialist team of operational maintenance technicians focussing upon critical, essential, Statutory and non-essential systems and asset operational maintenance.
