TERM- Permanent
SALARY- £30,000 to £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Premier Engineering is working with a growing engineering business based in Great Yarmouth who are looking to recruit a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their expanding design team. The role offers the opportunity to be involved in the full product development lifecycle, focusing on the design of bespoke mechanical systems and components.

The Mechanical Design Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
A degree or HND/HNC in Mechanical Engineering or similar
Experience using 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar
Knowledge of mechanical component design , tolerancing, and assembly
Understanding of materials and manufacturing processes including sheet metal, machining, and fabrication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills
