Mechanical Contracts Manager

This role: Mechanical Contracts Manager is with a Lincolnshire based Mechanical Contractor who over the last 13 plus years have maintained a reputation for quality and attention to detail. You will be involved in a wide variety of projects managing the Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is at a stage in their career where they want to make a real impact

As Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will be:

* Managing projects with a value of up to £2M- all Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework

* Working in a close-knit team

* Working on projects across sectors including: MoD, Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Retail

* Fully involved in client meetings, organising sub-contractors

* Offered opportunities to progress and grow
