Description
As the Materials Scheduler your duties will include:
Checking and placing orders for materials.
Scheduling and tracking the delivery of materials in a timely manner.
Liaising with suppliers on a daily basis.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth production process.
Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.
Maintaining updated records of invoices and contracts.
Assessing, managing and mitigating risks in the supply chain processes where possible.Profile
The successful Materials Scheduler will have:
Previously worked in a similar position within a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
Strong analytical skills.
Solid knowledge of supply chain and procurement procedures.Job Offer
