Role: Marketing Manager
Salary: £40k+

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute the UK marketing strategy in line with global direction
Conduct market research and consumer trend analysis
Develop compelling client presentations and campaign concepts
Collaborate with commercial and creative teams to support client briefs and growth plans
Create high-impact tools, content, and materials for use across digital and print
Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvementIdeal Candidate:
5+ years of marketing experience within the beauty industry
Strong understanding of brand positioning and consumer behaviour
Skilled in campaign planning, storytelling, and visual content creation
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Proactive, collaborative, and confident working cross-functionally
