The Role:- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, content, PR, and events
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business goals
- Oversee digital marketing performance, including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media
- Manage content creation including case studies, press releases, and thought leadership
- Deliver high-impact events and exhibitions
- Mentor and develop the Senior Marketing Coordinator
- Report on campaign ROI and optimise based on analytics and performance
Successful Applicant:- Minimum 5 years in a senior marketing role, ideally in financial services or regulated industry
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
- Proven experience across all marketing disciplines
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and manage a direct report
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Adobe Suite, and Canva
- Full UK driving licence (required for event travel)
- Degree in Marketing or related field; professional qualification (e.g. CIM) desirable
