Marketing Manager

Your purpose:

To develop, deliver and evaluate focussed marketing activity and campaigns to achieve colleges recruitment targets and further enhance college brand

In your role, you will be accountable for:

Working alongside Vice Principal of External Relations and Head of Department to develop and deliver the college's marketing and recruitment strategy

Leading and managing the marketing and communications team in-line with college values, ensuring that high standards of accurate work are delivered in a timely manner

Developing and delivering integrated high quality marketing and communication campaigns and activity, across multiple channels.

Promoting and protecting the college's brand to identified target audiences to support achieving identified income targets. This is including, but not limited to, college printed literature, digital marketing, external advertising and public relations

Developing and delivering internal marketing communications and campaigns

Developing and delivering a public relations and communication strategy that positively enhances and develops the college brand, brand recognition and reputation management.

Developing and maintaining a network of key internal and external stakeholders that supports the delivery of the college marketing strategy, positively enhances the reputation of the college and the future development of the College brand

Developing and delivering reactive marketing activity in a timely and responsive manner to meet the needs of the college

Providing high quality celebration events for students and external stakeholders

Ensuring that monitoring and evaluation is embedded into all activity that measures impact and informs future activity / campaigns. This includes feedback from internal and external customers

Managing and planning the marketing budget to the annual plan effectively via college processes and procedures

Participating in the college's quality review process including quarterly reviews, writing of quality improvement plans and providing activity reports as required
