Marketing Manager -Birmingham - �30K-�36K

This is a great opportunity for those who are looking to progress and take on responsibility to build relationships with clients in the digital marketing world. The role is focussed on digital marketing and project management at a small but well-established agency, so you'd be very client facing in the position.

We are looking for someone who is results driven and works well under pressure yet enjoys a relaxed and friendly environment, where hard work and delivery of results is rewarded with promotions and progression.

This role would suit a digital marketing manager with a drive to always exceed expectations and be ideal for someone who is confident managing multiple projects at one time.

Role responsibilities:

• Implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Present research and marketing strategies to clients
• Manage 1-2 marketing executives.
• Project Management of marketing delivery.
• Understandings client's goals and recommending marketing plans.

Required skills:

• 3+ years' experience working in marketing.
• Ran successful B2B marketing strategies.
• Strategies for a wide range of clients.
• Knowledge of the digital marketing mix (ideally works with HubSpot)
• Strong management skills
• Agency experience desirable but not required

Location: Central Birmingham / hybrid - 3 days a week in the office

Salary: �30,000 - �36,000
