Marketing Manager - Hemel Hempstead

Our client is a B2B and B2C engineering organisation, with an overall headcount of circa 50, impressive annual profit turnover, and a marketing team of 4. They’re seeking a senior-level Marketing Manager to boost their growth to new sustained heights throughout their variety of market sectors and specialisms.
There is a huge opportunity to progress here, with the view in mind to become the future Marketing Director.
The Role – Marketing Manager
Managing the team of 4, you’ll be responsible for supporting with the development of the marketing strategy and managing the implementation across the full marketing mix! This position is incredibly varied, so no 2 days will be the same, and you’ll be able to really get stuck in with a range of activities for their 4 key business areas.
You’ll report directly to the Managing Director, manage the budget and report on KPIs and ROI.
Requirements – Marketing Manager
At least 5 years of marketing experience, ideally from a mix of B2B and B2C backgrounds.
Experience in developing and implementing strategies for a variety of online and offline channels and mediums.
Line management experience.
Excellent communications skills with a ‘hands-on’ and team player attitude, keen to bring new ideas to the table and take ownership of their developments.
