Description

Develop and implement marketing automation solutions using Marketing Cloud tools.
Provide first line support to the business for open issues and be the first point of contact to third party support teams.
Co-ordinate with 3rd parties
Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends to suggest improvements.
Provide technical support for marketing automation activities.
Document processes and results for future reference and assessment.
Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge.
Comply with all company and industry regulations and protocols.Profile

Must haves:

Certified Marketing Cloud Developer / Admin
Financial Force
Salesforce integrations with MuleSoft for example

successful Marketing Cloud Developer should have:

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in Marketing Cloud tools and platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Strong knowledge of the Energy & Natural Resources industry and its technological needs.
