We are currently seeking a Marketing Automation Consultant to join our growing start up in London. Trigg are certified Salesforce CRM platform specialists. We build marketing, sales, customer service and analytics solutions for media, retail and telco enterprises. This hands-on role requires significant business process design and optimisation experience, as well as the ability to provide recommendations for extending the platform/s where appropriate. You must be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels, be open, transparent and relentless in delivering value to our customers. Responsibilities
Be an expert in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud product suite and Salesforce CRM with have a deep understanding of the Customer 360 platform
You'll be responsible for business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping, customer journeys), prototyping, configuration, testing, training, defining support procedures
Construct inspiring story led client and partner facing presentations capturing transformational journeys through strategic roadmaps, scoping, high level design and proposal estimates that align with our client's strategy, objectives, timelines and budget
Drive the growth of the marketing automation practice by proactively identifying and supporting new business, upsell and cross sell opportunities through collaboration with commercial managers and consultants during pre-sales, bids, account planning and quarterly business reviews
Effectively plan, prioritise and deliver work according to the release schedule, ensuring on-time successful delivery
Supporting the team in RFP, proposal responses, demos and PoCs
Build lasting relationships with key client stakeholders and sponsors
Collaborate with digital experts across disciplines to innovate and create great solutions
Devise and develop customer-facing training plans, materials, and documentation to support roll-outs
Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers and other members of the extended team
Share your expertise, mentor and support internal team members
Be a thought leader and advocate for process optimisation and business transformation through the generation of industry specific blog content, attending and speaking at industry, client and partner facing events

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or technology field or equivalent; 5+ year’s work experience
Salesforce Certified on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement platform/s
3+ years hands-on experience delivering end-end solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Platform/s
2+ years in-house experience is beneficial
Strong customer facing skills with excellent presentation, spoken and written communication, and receptive listening skills; be able to articulate and present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion
Detail and results oriented self-starter who makes things happen in a fast-paced environment
Experience building Email campaigns in SFMC, HTML and AMPScript
Experience with campaign process' such as briefing for creative/copy, approvals and creating CRM briefs
Advanced knowledge of SQL, Automation Studio and Journey Builder
Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing cloud analytics and reporting data
Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Personalisation, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Data Cloud
Strong problem solving skills, a logical, analytical thinker, committed to constantly upskilling
Experience working from start to finish in an agile-led environment with geo-located teams
Experience in Retail, Media, Consumer Goods, Travel, Transport, Hospitality, High Tech or Business Services industries required
