Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking construction business, is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Assistant to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with previous marketing experience who is eager to further their career in a supportive, development-focused environment.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will play an integral role in delivering innovative campaigns and bringing fresh energy and ideas to the business. You’ll be working closely with the team, gaining valuable exposure across a wide range of marketing channels and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Filming and editing promotional videos
*
Creating and scheduling engaging social media content
*
Researching and producing written content for the company website
*
Designing marketing materials, including brochures and flyers
*
Supporting with the production of client proposals, presentations, and pitch documents
*
Assisting in the delivery of digital marketing campaigns, including email newsletters
*
Co-ordinating company events and webinars
*
Managing incoming client enquiries and maintaining the marketing CRM
*
Uploading and maintaining content on the internal Intranet system
What We’re Looking For:
*
A marketing or business-related qualification (A Level or above)
*
Previous experience in a marketing role
*
A proactive, ideas-driven approach to work
*
Strong written and verbal communication skills
*
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
*
Confident user of IT systems, with the ability to quickly learn new tools
*
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
*
A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Desirable (but not essential) skills:
*
Social media marketing experience
*
HTML/CSS knowledge
*
Experience with WordPress or Mailchimp
*
Photography or filming skills
*
Video editing capabilities
