Key Responsibilities: As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the admission process for new member firms and managing relationship with the member firms, along with general administrative duties:
* New Member Firm Admission Support:
* Assist in the coordination and documentation required for the admission of new member firms into our global network.
* Prepare, organise, and archive essential documents related to the evaluation and onboarding of potential new member firms.
* Liaise with international teams and new member firms to ensure smooth communication and compliance with admission procedures.
* General Administrative Support:
* Manage filing and archiving of documentation supporting the legal and sales teams.
* Handle routine administrative tasks such as drafting membership agreement and other relevant letters, managing members feedback, and filing documents.
* Perform data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
* Contact member firms and potential member firms for necessary paperwork.
* Answer phones, take messages, transfer calls, and assist with non-legal queries.
* Manage daily collection and delivery of post, including international correspondence.
* Assist in the setup and closure of member firms’ files and ensure effective office post management.
* Provide additional administrative support as needed.
* Organising a global and regional forums
Experience & Skills:
* Professional Experience: At least 6 years of experience in a professional services environment, preferably with experience in dealing with international clients or members.
* Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of interacting with international teams and clients.
* Organisational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email management; familiarity with social media.
* Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and flexible approach to changing priorities.
* Reliability: Self-motivated, trustworthy, and reliable, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
