Job Description:
The Marketing Assistant will be a key player in the execution of our marketing initiatives, working directly under the guidance of our Management Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about technology, education, and family wellness. You will help in building relationships with influencers, educational institutions, and organisations, as well as in crafting compelling content that resonates with our audience.
Responsibilities:
Influencer Outreach: Identify and engage with social media influencers and bloggers who align with our brand values to collaborate on marketing campaigns.
Content Creation: Assist in the development of innovative posts for our social media platforms, ensuring content is engaging, informative, and aligned with our marketing goals.
Partnership Development: Reach out to marketing agencies, schools, and organisations involved in children's activities to form partnerships that promote our app.
Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing events and campaigns.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and gather insights that can inform our marketing strategies.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, helping to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (Preferred)
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a tech startup environment. Experience with social media management and content creation is essential.
Skills:
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Creative mindset with an eye for design.
Additional Requirements:
A genuine interest in technology and its application in educational and family settings.
Experience working with children’s brands or family-oriented products is a plus.
