What we can offer you:

  • A competitive basic salary of £25,500
  • Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm working hours
  • Hybrid working – home based with 1 day per week required in office (GL7 5XZ)
  • 28 days holiday. We do open on Bank Holidays as a business, however, if you do work a Bank Holiday you can take the leave at another time to suit you. We also offer an incremental holiday scheme!

This role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Supporting with the administration of marketing-led projects and change initiatives
  • Call listening, to support the customer experience across all initiatives
  • Conducting competitor research / mystery shopping as required
  • Responding to Trustpilot reviews
  • Assisting with maintenance of our CRM system
  • Assisting with the management of duplicate data
  • Providing administrative support to all team members in the Marketing Department as required
  • Any other task as deemed necessary for the continued success of the business.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in a similar administration role (not essential as training is provided)
  • Is proficient using a PC and its packages (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Has the ability to work under pressure and meet predetermined deadlines
  • Is flexible, enthusiastic and can work to their own initiative
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Is confident working with numbers and able to draw meaningful conclusions from data
  • Is organised and can prioritise a busy workload
