An exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer - Improvement Lead role has arisen within the New Build & Components Business (NB&C), in Nuclear (Submarines).

The aim of the role is to lead Manufacturing Engineering Strategic Improvements and application of Built in Quality across a wide range of Manufacturing Processes. The successful candidate will be required to work with a range of SMEs to help foster a Continuous Improvement, Zero Defect culture.
The submarines business is going through a period of significant change, ramping up to deliver 3 times current production volume. This is a pivotal role in ensuring NB&C are match fit to meet that challenge ensuring robustly engineered products and manufacturing processes.
