Responsibilities

* Set up and operate manual milling machines to produce precision parts

* Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements

* Adjust machine speeds and feeds as needed

* Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machines

* Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications

* Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a CNC manual milling machine operator

* Proficiency in using Bridgeport and XYZ SMS200

* Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints

* Ability to perform machine maintenance and troubleshooting

* Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

* Receive work instructions and blueprints

* Set up and calibrate milling machines

* Execute machining operations according to specifications
