Job Title: Mandarin Sales & Design Consultant (Space Design Focus)
Salary: up to £40,000 per year (plus commission & performance bonus)
Job Type: Full-time on site, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, providing both sales support and design expertise.
• Develop design concepts, including drawings, material selections, and mood boards, tailored to client needs.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and work closely with the Project Management team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
• Conduct on-site supervision to ensure design integrity and project success.

Requirements:

• A creative eye with the ability to translate client needs into compelling design solutions.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills-you love closing deals and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Willingness to visit client sites and oversee project progress.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not essential.
• Fluent in Mandarin & English (essential).
