🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

📋 Oversee commercial delivery across several live projects simultaneously.

👥 Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors.

🤝 Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

💼 Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.

*

📑 Lead on subcontract procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts.

✅ Ensure compliance with contracts and commercial procedures.

⚖️ Provide input on risk management and value engineering.

✅ Requirements:

🎓 Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.

*

🏗️ 7+ years of construction industry experience.

*

📊 Proven ability to manage multiple project portfolios.

*

🏢 Tier 1 or large regional contractor experience (preferred).

💬 Strong leadership and communication skills.

🚘 Full UK driving licence
