You'll work closely with the Financial Controller and wider business to ensure robust financial management and forecasting.?? Key Responsibilities:
Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Prepare and present a monthly management reporting pack for senior stakeholders.
Oversee cash flow management and provide insightful forecasting.
Support budgeting and variance analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture.
? About You:
Fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
Proven experience in a similar management accounting role.
