Management Accountant

Are you an experienced Management Accountant with SAP experience? Do you consider yourself detail-oriented and an asset to a busy team? Are you based in or around Bardon Hill, Leicestershire?
We have a fixed-term hybrid Management Accountant role available with a leading organisation in the construction and industrial materials sector. This position is ideal for someone with SAP and financial reconciliation experience , strong communication skills, and a hands-on mindset.
Role: Management Accountant (SAP) Location: Bardon Hill (Hybrid - 2-3 days on-site) Rate: Up to £400/day (depending on experience) Contract Length: Until April 2026 Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday
Responsibilities: Review and monitor data migration, validation, and cleanse

Reconcile large data volumes: current system to trial balance and migration data

Support the B2R lead and assist in RAID log resolution

Execute and summarise test scenarios, assist in resolving issues

Maintain internal controls and manage master data

Communicate professionally with all internal stakeholders

Ensure accounting data integrity and accuracy

Contribute to continuous process improvement and compliance
