As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

Carry out maintenance and upkeep of all properties within the group
Conduct repairs in line with the maintenance system
Ensure regular testing of fire alarms, water temperatures, emergency lighting etc
Liaise with external contractors as and when required
Report any faulty equipment/damages to buildings

To be successful as a Maintenance Technician, you will:

Have proven experience working in a maintenance role
Be strong in general repairs (multi-trade)
Have an excellent understanding of health and safety
Hold a full UK Driving Licence
