Contract: Annualised Hours | Rotating Shifts | Full-Time

Salary: £45,000 + Shift Premiums | OTE £47,000-£48,000

About the Role

Join a dynamic engineering team as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical background. You'll be part of a five-person shift team, supporting 24/7 operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping production running smoothly through proactive maintenance and rapid response to breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair faults on a wide range of production equipment
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to reduce downtime
Maintain accurate records using a computerised maintenance system
Support engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Drive improvements in equipment reliability and performanceWhat We're Looking For

Level 3 apprenticeship (multi-skilled or mechanical with electrical qualifications preferred)
Proven experience in a manufacturing maintenance role
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Welding and fabrication skills are a plus
Familiarity with CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems) desirableWorking Hours

Peak Season (Jan-Jun): Rotating shifts (6AM-2PM / 2PM-10PM / 10PM-6AM), occasional weekends

Off-Peak (Jul-Dec): Mainly early and late shifts...
