Maintenance Team Leader

Job Description I'm currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to oversee the maintenance operations at our clients factory near bridgwater.\n\nYou will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of all machinery and equipment, managing the tooling workshop, and leading the maintenance team.\n\nOur client are a true of a kind design and manufacturer that operate in over 50 countries.  We are looking for someone with a strong background in Engineering / Manufacturing In a similar maintenance position. \n\nEssential Requirements / Experience:\n\nExperience as a maintenance team leader in a manufacturing environment, or experience as a senior maintenance engineer with evidence of aptitude and motivation to step up into a team leadership position.\n\nExperience using a CMMS and improving its effectiveness.\n\nExperience of managing maintenance in accordance with BS 14200 or equivalent maintenance management system is desirable\n\nSalary Package / Benefits:\n\nCompetitive annual salary circa £38K-£40K\nCompetitive package including bonus\n\nThe Role\n\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineering Team Leader to oversee the maintenance operations at our client's factory.\n\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for en...
