About the Role
As a Maintenance & Repairs Coordinator, you'll play a key role in planning, scheduling, and overseeing planned maintenance and responsive repairs across our sites. You’ll work closely with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure works are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
This is a great opportunity for someone with trade experience who enjoys organizing and problem-solving, and who’s ready to use their practical knowledge in a new way.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate scheduled maintenance and repair works

Liaise with site teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
*
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
*
Track and manage project timelines, budgets, and materials
*
Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication logs
*
Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery
What We’re Looking For

Background in a trade (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
*
Excellent organizational and communication skills
*
A proactive, solution-focused approach
*
Full UK driving license (or equivalent) – required for site visits
