Job Description Manpower are recruiting a Maintenance Operative for our client in Nottingham City Centre.\n\nWorking in a Student Accommodation, duties will include:\n\nGeneral reactive maintenance, from fixing furniture, changing lightbulbs\nPlanned maintenance, including building walkrounds to ensure building safety is maintained\n About you:\n Previous experience in a handyman/caretaker role\n Able to work as part of a wider team but also can work solo\n\nHours:\n 25 hours a week - 5 hours a day, client is flexible so long as these hours are carried out between 9am-5pm\n £12.69 per hour, weekly pay every Friday\n\nPlease contact Ella for more information
