MULTI SKILLED MAINTENANCE OPERATIVES REQUIRED - £13.50per hour
We are looking for versatile and skilled General Maintenance Operatives to join afriendly family business based in Swindon, on a temporary to permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and adaptable individual with experience in a variety of trades to contribute to our clients growing team.
*YOU MUST HOLD A VALID UK DRIVING LICENCE*
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance tasks across multiple trades
Basic plumbing and electrical work
Painting and decorating experience preferred however training is offered
Plastering experience preferred however training is offered
General repairs and upkeep to ensure properties are well-maintained
Requirements:
Proven experience in general multi-trade maintenance.
A valid driving licence (own van preferred but not essential).
A flexible approach to working hours, especially during quieter periods.
