Key Responsibilities: Carry out routine and reactive maintenance across electrical systems, plumbing, and building fabric.

Perform minor repairs, touch-ups, and painting to maintain a safe and presentable environment.

Identify and resolve faults efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times.

Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules.

Respond to urgent maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.
