About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive and experienced Maintenance Manager to join a prestigious site in Edinburgh. This is a static role requiring hands-on involvement and the ability to lead all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in commercial and residential property maintenance, ideally with extensive knowledge of building services and a valid 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all day-to-day maintenance operations on-site
*
Deliver both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair works
*
Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers
*
Ensure full compliance with statutory obligations (e.g. electrical safety, fire systems, water hygiene)

Maintain clear and accurate records of works, inspections, and compliance documentation
*
Manage maintenance budgets, order materials, and monitor stock levels
*
Carry out regular inspections to identify issues and implement improvements
*
Communicate effectively with clients, tenants, and site users
