Are you a handyperson? A practical powerhouse who carries tools in case of an emergency? Can you spot a maintenance problem before it even becomes one?
You’ll make Locke feel like home by keeping our building and apartments looking fresh, so our guests feel comfortable, relaxed and cared-for. Reporting to the Head of Facilities, with a dotted line to the General Manager, you’ll oversee services, repairs, painting, and upkeep of apartments to standards worth writing home about.
What you’ll need......
●Human-led leadership skills and experience managing a team
●Ideally plumbing, gas and electrical trade qualifications
●Ideally experience of launching a new building
●Intuitive customer service
●Natural influencing skills with a knack for managing expectations
●Reliable decision-making
●Confidence to act quickly and take smart risks based on insight
●Strong grasp of spoken and written English
●Impeccable attention to detail
●Rock-solid time management
●Flexible approach and a can-do attitude
●Confidence using IT systems and software (including Microsoft Office)
