Maintenance Manager

The Candidate OR Experience Required:

* A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.

* Strong leadership experience within a fast-paced environment.

* Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC maintenance.

* Experience working within FMCG/Manufacturing.

The Role OR Responsibilities:

* Coordinating all maintenance activity throughout the facility including equipment and facility upkeep.

* Leading and coaching the maintenance team.

* Developing and implementing preventative maintenance initiatives.

* Ensure all equipment and machinery are maintained to meet safety standards.
