Maintenance Engineer

Our client, based in Leeds, are a family run business specialising in producing high-quality meat co-products.
They are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their small engineering team to support the growth of the business.
Ideally, looking for a person with mechanical focus to complement existing team members, with a basic understanding of electrical installations.
Maintenance Engineer Job Overview
Complete planned maintenance activities using the CMMS system
Respond to urgent issues such as breakdowns
Assist in the delivery of improvement projects
Build and repair machinery
Occasional travel to abattoirs
Maintenance Engineer Job Requirements
Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Engineering or equivalent (Essential)
Must be willing to work with animal products including pig, sheep, and cow (Essential)
Electrical Installations Level 2 (Desirable)
Boiler maintenance experience/qualifications (Desirable)
Experience with CMMS (Desirable)
Maintenance Engineer Salary & Benefits
Working Hours: 07:00 to 15:30 Monday - Friday.
Salary: £35k-£40k - Depending on Experience
