Location: Blackburn
Salary: £44,500 + Weekly Pay
Shifts: 12-hour Days & Nights (Rotating)
Holidays: 34 Days Annually

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to join a well-established and growing manufacturer based in Blackburn. The site is undergoing exciting expansion, with new production lines installed and further investment planned — offering long-term career stability and progression.

Your Role:
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production machinery
Quickly diagnose and resolve faults to minimise downtime
Support installations and commissioning of new lines and robotic equipment
Work closely with production teams to ensure operational efficiency
About You:
Background in mechanical or electrical maintenance (ideally in a manufacturing environment)
Recognised engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Flexible and team-oriented, with a willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts
