Electrical Maintenance Engineer Ripley
Salary: £46,550
Bonus: £1,314 Hours: 40 per week Shifts: 3-shift rotation
Im currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Ripley.The focus is on reducing downtime through a shift from reactive to proactive maintenance strategies.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a time-served electrical engineer with solid industrial experience and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Electrical and basic mechanical maintenance across a manufacturing facility
Electrical fault finding and diagnostics on AC/DC motors, inverters, and control systems
Support with both reactive and planned maintenance activities
Ensure site safety, security, and compliance with HSE regulations
Log maintenance activity through CMMS and contribute to performance KPI tracking
