Maintenance Engineer

Owen Mumford is looking to hire a Maintenance Engineer! Could this be your next role?

The Shift Maintenance Engineer will provide ongoing hands on support to the production line for our manufacturing machines. You will ensure that our high speed manufacturing machines are running efficiently at all times by delivering comprehensive demand maintenance and preventative maintenance duties.
By joining our Site Engineering team, you will be responsible for supporting our high speed equipment, which manufactures medical device products.
If you have experience of working with fast paced machines, troubleshooting stoppages and carrying out minor adjustments to equipment to maximise machine efficiency, this could be the next role for you to develop your skills.

Working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, we have 2 shift patterns available: Nights (22:00pm-6:00am) and Days (AM: 6:00am-14:00pm / PM: 14:00-22:00pm rotating weekly).

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out repairs on machinery in all areas of the site and liase with production personnel to minimise downtime
Ensure that planned preventative maintenance is carried out correctly in a timely manner
Troubleshoot machine stoppages and implement required repairs, escalating where needed
