Maintenance Engineer, Plumbing and Heating

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will specialise in plumbing and heating to manage and maintain these services in all our sites within the property portfolio, undertaking both reactive and planned works. You will be an experienced Maintenance Engineer working in our varied commercial and residential properties, working as part of a small team within the Facilities and Services department.
You will be familiar with creating and completing all required maintenance documentation and updates on our electronic systems. This will include creating written job plans and technical reports.
You will be required to support the departments on-call rota, including any pre-planned works and responding to equipment issues.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience
NVQ or City & Guilds certification in a relevant category.
Working knowledge of plumbing, heating, ventilation, F-Gas and refrigeration.
Mechanical maintenance engineering experience.
Gas safe trained.
Renewable energy installation and maintenance experience.
