Maintenance Operative Position Available
A reputable and sought after leisure site is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Operative to join their team.
This full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, 5 days in any 7, involves ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the facilities.
The Maintenance Operative will be responsible for maintaining the building, machinery, and systems to provide a safe and welcoming environment.
Key duties include:
Building Maintenance:  Assist in maintaining the building and control areas, including machinery, lighting, electrical appliances, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Pool Plant Equipment:  Conduct regular checks and maintenance, including water testing, meter readings, and ensuring pool plant operations are safe and clean.
Preventive Maintenance:  Perform preventive maintenance checks, prioritise issues, and update system logs
Redecoration and Refurbishment:  Assist in the redecoration and refurbishment of the site as needed.
Deliveries:  Handle the receipt, stocking, and supply of deliveries, including loading and unloading.
Security:  Ensure the security of the building and its contents, focusing on alarms, locks, and fire safety equipment.
