At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Maintenance Administrator to work at Kellanova in Manchester (M32), as an Administrator working in the Maintenance department, you will liaise with the Engineering team to provide data and administrative support to help deliver the maintenance plans.

Shift Pattern:

Mon - Fri (8AM- 4PM)

Pay Rate:

£13.27 per hour

As a Maintenance administrator you will need to have:

• Previous experience in an administrator role
• High level of IT literacy
• Good level of numeracy and literacy
• Good understanding of Microsoft applications with exceptional knowledge of excel
• Good people and communication skills
• The ability to work under pressure of conflicting demands and time constraints
• SAP experience
• Worked with engineering maintenance environment previously

Accountabilities:

Liaise with Engineering team and external contractors to collate and present relevant data at the engineering meetings to include:

• Daily Tier 1 meeting
• Weekly maintenance review
• Weekly Planners
• Weekly source of loss
• Belt audit and breakdown data
• Collect information on weekly, monthly and annual meetings
• Collect finance data, raise any purchase orders through KBuy system for engineers and receipt on completion
