Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Setter/Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong mechanical skills to play a key role in ensuring the efficient setup, operation, and maintenance of our production machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and adjust machines according to production specifications and schedules
* Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical faults
* Ensure all equipment operates at optimal efficiency and within safety guidelines
* Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve processes
* Record machine settings and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a machine setter, technician, or engineer in a manufacturing environment
* Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts if required
