Machine Operator - Night Shift

We are currently recruiting 4 x Trainee Machine/Production Operators on behalf of our valued client based in the Clevedon/Yatton area (Somerset). While this is a trainee position, we are specifically looking for individuals who have some previous experience in:

* Machine operation (ideally within a production or manufacturing environment)

OR

* Mechanical or technical experience in a workshop or warehouse setting

The Role:

As a Trainee Machine Operator, you'll be trained to operate a range of machinery in a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on technical skills with clear progression and training provided.

Shifts:

* Nights shifts – Monday to Friday / 10 pm - 6 am

* Candidates must be flexible to work day shifts during the training period, with the potential to move to a night shift.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a mechanical, manufacturing, production, or workshop-based role

* Interest in machinery and technical processes

* Willingness to learn and be trained

* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

* Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic
