The role..
In this role, you’ll ensure that production machinery is set up correctly, running efficiently, and maintained to a high standard. You’ll be responsible for tooling changes, performing pre-operational checks, completing line documentation, and reporting any faults or issues promptly. You'll work closely with the wider production and engineering teams to help minimise downtime and keep output on track. The position also involves hands-on work with a range of machinery including weighers, sealers, metal detectors, and more.
What we are looking for..
* Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with machinery
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Good understanding of safe working practices
* Basic IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
* A continuous improvement mindset
