Machine Minder – Night Shift (Full-Time)
Location: Moulton Park
Pay Rate: £14.79 per hour
FULL TIME ONLY
Available Shifts:
* Sunday to Thursday – 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM (Shift starts Saturday night)
* Tuesday to Saturday – 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM (Shift starts Monday night)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Machine Minder to join our night shift team. In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up and monitoring production machinery to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operation, with a strong emphasis on quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up machines accurately according to the product specifications
* Monitor production and packaging processes to ensure consistent output
* Maintain clear lines with only one type of packaging at a time
* Ensure all materials and components are ready to prevent downtime
* Perform regular compliance checks (e.g. camera, date code, verification)
* Accurately record machine downtime and report to the Line Coordinator
* Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
* Good numeracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work safely and adhere to Health & Safety practices
* Calm and focused under pressure
* Experience in a fast-paced FMCG or warehouse environment is beneficial, but not essential – full training provided
