As the M&E Quantity Surveyor you will get the opportunity to work on a variety of projects/sectors for a successful and established client

This contractor has a successful track record for delivering on developing staff, repeat business and successful projects empowering their employees to strive for excellence.

M&E Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:.

Preparing order of cost estimates
Deal with subcontract enquiries and tender reviews.
Manage valuations, project cash-flows, and turnover forecasts, including monthly cost reports and progress records.
Drive commercial initiatives, producing margin improvement plans
Cost Planning
Final account settling It would be highly desirable that this M&E Quantity Surveyor has understanding of all main forms of contract JCT, NEC etc
