Role Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Project Manager to join a dynamic team based in Barrow. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing M&E projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.�

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Lead and manage M&E projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with specifications, regulations, and quality standards.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Effectively communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment with project goals.

Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, resolving issues promptly and maintaining a collaborative working environment.

Resource Management:

Coordinate and allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements.

Monitor and manage subcontractors, ensuring performance meets established standards.

Health and Safety:

Uphold and enforce health and safety standards on-site, promoting a culture of safety awareness.

Conduct regular risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

Quality Assurance:

Implement quality control processes to ensure work meets or exceeds industry standards.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any deviations from quality requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as an M&E Project Manager in the construction industry.


• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and their integration into construction projects.


• Relevant qualifications in project management or a related field.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to lead and motivate a project team.


• Ability to obtain security clearance.
