C.Neo Ltd are working with a Small Medium Enterprise to recruit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to carry out Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric Maintenance across a portfoilio of commercial buildings along the M4 corridor, Newbury, Basingstoke, Swindon, Reading and into London.
As an M&E Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for all M&E & Fabric reactive & planned maintenance across various commercial corporate offices along the M4 and in to Central London and be very customer facing.
Duties will include
* emergency light testing
* fire alarm testing
* reactive repairs
* PPM's
The ideal M&E Maintenance Engineer will need to be multi skilled with
* 18th edition electrical as a minimum
* Mechanical qualifications either plumbing, F gas or Mechanical
* L8
* Customer service focus
