Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain microwave-based networks that connect trading systems with the lowest possible latency
Conduct RF planning, site assessments, and link budget analysis to optimise wireless performance
Configure and support high-performance switching and routing infrastructure (BGP, OSPF, multicast)
Partner with engineers, developers, and trading desks to tune network performance and align strategies with system demands
Carry out latency profiling, real-time packet analysis, and performance tuning using tools like Wireshark or tcpdump
Automate monitoring and diagnostics with scripting and tooling (Python, Bash, Ansible)
