Logistics Operative Oxfordshire

The salary is £26K-£27K including some fantastic benefits and great progression

Hours are 08.00-16.45 Monday to Friday and 08.00-12.00 Fridays

My client is looking for a Logistics Operative to join their team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within their warehouse and supply chain.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Packing, labelling, and preparing products for transport

• Validating inventory and ensuring accurate stock records

• Coordinating with the logistics and shipping teams for timely dispatch

• Managing warehouse stock, including picking, packing, and issuing materials

• Handling goods receipt from internal and external sources

• Operating forklifts, pallet stackers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)

• Supporting quality checks and continuous process improvements

What they are looking for:

• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office)

• A team player with good communication skills

• Physically fit and reliable

• Forklift license (or willingness to train) so a driver’s licence is essential
