Logistics Manager

KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Logistics Manager for our client based in London.
As a Logistics Manager your working hours and days are:
Monday- Friday (weekends may be required to work)
Varied working hours
The rate of pay as a Logistics Manager is:
£40,000- £45,000 per annum
The duties and responsibilities as a Logistics Manager are:
Manage 3rd party logistics partners, ensuring the service provided meets the expectations
Act as the point of contact for all transportation aspects with key customers fostering strong, long-term relationships working closely with the Partner and Customer success teams
Delivery Planning: Plan and schedule delivery time slots, ensuring that customer expectations are met while optimizing resources and routes for efficiency
Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve any complaints or issues related to logistics operations, including those pertaining to delivery delays, order inaccuracies, and customer satisfaction
Monitor supplier health metric, track KPI's and report regularly to the suppliers
Proactively engage with partner and customer success teams to understand their goals, challenges and needs providing solutions
Advocate for customers by communicating feedback to sales, and support teams
