Logistics Coordinator - Oxford - 12 Months Maternity Cover (Immediate Start)
Location: Oxford
Hours of Work: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
Hourly Pay Rate: £19.53p/h Via Umbrella
A World Leading Service Provider who operate on an International scale is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator based in the Oxford area working at a large corporate office site. The successful candidate would ideally need to be very client facing and has good experience working in Logistics and comes from a background of mailroom and portering plus if possible come from a facilities background.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Primary focus on delivery of all Goods in Operations SLA’s in accordance with KPI & Output measurements
* Provide cover for business logistics function
* Co-ordinate with FM Operations and Critical Service teams to deliver service level agreements
* Comply with HSE requirements as outlined within the SLA and as instructed by the company policy
* Act as a part of site Emergency team i.e., Fire Marshall, as required for emergency control activities
* Report all accidents, occupational illnesses, and emergencies in relevant books/documentation
* Carry out Mail Room activities as required
* Monitor and maintain packaging and consumable levels
* Co-ordinate site waste and recycling arrangements
* Take ownership and understand customer requirements and be able to demonstrate the ability to close out concerns and ensure customer is kept appraised at all times
* Provide and arrange cover for the FM team as defined by line management
* In addition to the above-mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.
* Back fill for Receptionist when required.to support contract requirement.
* Be part of the keyholding team for the site
Key Requirements:

* Ability to deliver goods in and logistics related items.
