Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, both over the phone and via email
• Assist in the office by handling customer calls and general administrative duties (training provided)
• Communicate with customers regarding deliveries, feedback, and driver access arrangements
• Maintain office hygiene standards and adhere to safe working practices

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Computer literacy
• A valid DBS check (required for successful candidates)

Hourly Rate

• 37.5 Hours - (Monday - Friday)
